At Custom-AcrylicSigns.com, every product is custom-made to your specifications. We take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate acrylic signs. However, if something is not right, we are here to help.
1. No Returns for Custom Orders
Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a production defect:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a free replacement or refund
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and only if production has not started. Once production begins, the order is non-refundable.
4. Wrong or Missing Items
In the rare case of receiving the wrong product or an incomplete shipment, we will correct the mistake at no extra cost to you.
5. Custom Design Approval
Before production, we send you a digital proof for approval. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors such as spelling mistakes or incorrect design elements.
